Contact Improvisation Class | Weekly with Rotating Teachers

🌟 Join Us for a Weekly Contact Improvisation Experience! 🌟
Welcome to our ongoing drop-in class dedicated to Contact Improvisation (CI) Technique, now offered throughout the year with rotating teachers! 🕊️

🗓️ Class Details:

• Duration: 2.5 hours
• What to Expect: You'll participate in technical exercises and BodyMind (Somatic) practices, culminating in jam-like moments. Topics include:
  • Utilizing breath, weight, and skeletal alignment to enhance movement
  • Following points of contact and mastering the lift safely
  • Embracing the state of not knowing and tuning into subtle impulses
  • Exploring philosophical and relational aspects of CI

This class is open to all, whether you're a novice or seasoned dancer! Each teacher will lead a block of four weeks; their practice approaches will be shared ahead of time, ensuring a tailored experience for each participant. Classes will be conducted in either English or Swedish based on the instructor and attendees’ requirements.

💲 Pricing:

• Single Class: 250 kr
• 5-Class Clip Card: 1000 kr
• 10-Class Clip Card: 1500 kr
