Carbon Based Lifeforms live shows are described as immersive journeys. For over two decades, Johannes Hedberg and Daniel Vadestrid have built a reputation for their performances, where organic soundscapes merge with pulsating rhythms and expansive atmospheres.

From unforgettable festival appearances—such as during the thunderstorm at Ozora 2007—to sold-out concerts in planetariums, cathedrals, and even 80 meters underground in an old iron mine, CBL’s shows are more than just concerts: they are boundary-crossing experiences. Each performance draws the listener into a world where earth and space collide, where ambient textures intertwine with hypnotic rhythms that linger long after the final note.

The autumn and winter of 2025/2026 will be spent in the studio working on various projects and beginning a new album before they hit the road again. The first leg in 2026, presented by Leftfield Records, will kick off at home with Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö, followed shortly by Copenhagen, Tampere, and Helsinki.
