Dive into the exhilarating experience of the Burnsall Trail Half Marathon & 12k, part of the esteemed Due North Race Series.
Nestled by the scenic riverside of Burnsall, this race features stunning sections of the Dales Way footpath, offering approximately 500m of ascent.

✨ Event Highlights:

• Enjoy breathtaking 360° views of the Yorkshire Dales as you conquer climbs.
• A mix of riverside paths, stone tracks, and open fields suitable for both newcomers and seasoned trail runners.
• Start/Finish Location: Riverside Car Park field in Burnsall Village (with the Red Lion Pub in your sight, cross the bridge on the right).
• Registration: Opens at 8:00 AM. Remember to collect your race number by 9:45 AM.
• Race Starts:
  • Half Marathon at 10:00 AM
  • 12k at 10:30 AM

💧 What’s Included:

• Fully marked course
• Refreshment stations with water, juice, fruit, and sweets
• A delicious post-race meal (pasta, pie, soup, or similar)
• Due North merchandise and other goodies from sponsors

🚻 Facilities:

• Toilet facilities are available in the car park
• Spectators can enjoy the gorgeous riverside setting or visit nearby viewing points at Appletreewick and Hebden.

🏆 Prize Giving:
Prizes will be awarded shortly after each category’s winner crosses the finish line.

• Waterproof jacket
• Hat & gloves
• Cup/bottle for water
• Mobile phone with a location app (like OS Locate or View Ranger)
• Extra kit may be required based on weather forecasts.
