Art Park Literary & Poetry Festival

Join us for the inaugural Art Park Literary & Poetry Festival hosted by the City of Ocala and the Marion County Public Library System! This FREE family-friendly event will take place on April 11, 10:00 - 17:00 at Tuscawilla Art Park, located at 213 NE Fifth St, Ocala, FL.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of language as we celebrate literature, poetry, and spoken word. Enjoy:

🖊 Open Call for Poets 🖊
Poets are invited to submit poems inspired by the theme “My Place, My Story”.
Submission Guidelines:

• Free to apply
• One poem per poet (maximum 40 lines)
• Original and unpublished work in English
• Must be family-friendly, nonviolent, and nonpolitical

Eligibility:

• 18 years or older
• Live or work in North Central Florida
• Students must be enrolled in a Marion County middle or high school with parental consent

We are currently accepting vendor applications for:

• 📖 Literary vendors (independent publishers, small presses, bookstores, etc.)
• 🖌️ Calligraphers, printmakers, illustrators, and bookmakers
• 🍴 Food trucks and nonprofit groups
