Why Participate?

Cancer impacts 1 in 2 of us at some point in our lives. With your help, we can stand together, honor those we've lost, and support those still fighting. This event is a celebration of community and resilience, reminding us that together, we can make a significant impact.

The Day's Highlights:

• 5K run/walk open to all ages (11 and up)
• Golden Hare Mile for ages 7-12
• Mini Hare for little ones aged 6 and under
• Fun stalls, delicious food, refreshing drinks, and live music to enjoy 🎶🍔
• A picnic area for relaxation and togetherness
• We welcome you to bring your own refreshments!

Event Schedule:

• 08:30 - Bib and number collections start
• 09:15 - Warm-up session
• 10:00 - 5K run (followed by awards)
• 12:00 - Golden Hare Mile (followed by awards)
• 14:00 - Mini Hare

Registration Costs:

• 5K (age 11+) - £15
• Golden Hare Mile (ages 7-12) - £6
• Mini Hare (age 6 and under) - Free (registration required)

Funds Raised For:

This year, we're supporting Keech Hospice, Move Against Cancer, and a local community fund for those affected by cancer.

Additional Information:

• Parking: Free parking available at the West Car Park in Ampthill Park; overspill parking at various nearby locations if needed.
• All finishers will receive a running t-shirt, with medals for age group winners! 🏅
• Chip timing and live results for the 5K and Golden Hare Mile.
• Medical support will be available throughout the event.

Early Registration:

Pre-registration will be from 08:00 on June 22 to 16:00 on June 27 at The Social (Coffee Shop), Kings Arms Yard.

Be sure to arrive early to collect your number and warm up.
