Course Details:

Short Course:

• 🏊‍♂️ Swim: 400 meters
• 🚴‍♀️ Bike: 13.5 miles
• 🏃‍♂️ Run: 3.1 miles

Long Course:

• 🏊‍♂️ Swim: 500 meters
• 🚴‍♀️ Bike: 19.7 miles
• 🏃‍♂️ Run: 5 miles
