Dive into an Open Level course perfect for both newcomers and seasoned practitioners. Each week focuses on a different theme, providing both clarity and space for embodied exploration.

🌀 Class Structure:

• Guided introductions to develop listening and improvisation skills in contact.
• Informal jam sessions may follow on select Wednesdays.

🕊️ What to Bring:
Notebook, water bottle, comfortable long clothing, kneepads, an extra shirt, and an open heart ready to move!

💰 Pricing Options:

• Clip card for 10 classes: 1200 SEK (120 SEK/class)
• Clip card for 5 classes: 750 SEK (150 SEK/class)
• Clip card for 3 classes: 540 SEK (180 SEK/class)
• Drop-in: 200 SEK
